PSLNA's facility has a Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating (FBE) plant integrated with pipe manufacturing.  In this process, FBE, pipe is induction heated prior to application of epoxy power at the specified thickness.  FBE is typically a single layer coating system and is widely accepted in the United States due to its excellent adhesion, flexibility and a marked resistance to cathodic disbondment.

Internal Liquid Epoxy-
Based on customer requirements and after external coating is completed, a two part liquid epoxy can be applied internally.  This system is often used for enhanced flow and for internal protection. Internal FBE can also be applied in this plant with sufficient notice.
