PSLNA is installing a Pipe Manufacturing and Coating Facility on a 156 acre site located just outside of Bay St. Louis, MS, at the Port of Bienville Industrial Park. The facility will manufacture, coat, and internally line Large Diameter API Grade Pipe in diameters ranging from 24" to 60". Wall thickness capability ranges from ¼" to 1" in lengths up to 80’ and in API grades up to and including X80. Annual plant capacity will ultimately be 300,000 short tons depending on order mix. This state-of-the-art facility will utilize the latest technology available in Helical Two-Step, Submerged Arc Welding (HTS-SAW) pipe manufacturing and is expected to begin serving the Large Diameter Line Pipe market in the third quarter of 2008. Customers can be logistically serviced by rail, barge, and truck based on the most economical delivery solution.
