PSL Limited services a wide range of industries, in particular the offshore and onshore Oil and Gas sector, the urban and rural water sector requirement, as well as the structural tubing market, comprising piling pipe for Ports as well as industrial and commercial buildings.

Strategically, PSL has distributed its production capacity for pipe manufacturing in five widely dispersed locations in India. This strategic geographic base enables PSL to compete for regional demand in India as well as positions it well to service global markets from four of its manufacturing locations at Sea Ports (Kandla, Daman, Chennai, Vizag and Ahmedabad).

Each pipe manufacturing facility is equipped with an extensive range of pipe coating plants capable of both internal and external coating for each of its market segments (oil, gas and water), as required.

PSL Limited has participated  in prestigious regional projects such as the sub-sea "Dolphin Pipeline Project" and, with its strategic new location in the UAE, stands an even better chance of increasing its market share in the growing pipeline market around the Middle East.

The PSL management team is lead by a group of five Engineers and Management experts with vast experience in international project execution.  The team is led by Mr. Ashok Punj, Managing Director. Mr. Punj is expected to also take the leading roll in management of PSL NA.

The Indian company PSL Limited has a consolidated annual pipe installed capacity of over 1 million metric tons per year, which is among the largest in the world for Helical Seam Pipe. PSL has expansion plans for an annual installed capacity of 2 million metric tons by 2010.
