PSLNA's Pipe Manufacturing and Coating Facility is the most modern and technically advanced in the world.  It is located on a 156 acre site  just outside of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, at the Port of Bienville.

PSLNA's site is rail serviced by the Port Bienville RR having interchange with various Class 1 carriers.  In addition the site has barge access via a 1,200 foot barge slip which provides waterway carriage throughout the United States.  The site has immediate access to Interstate 10 and Interstate 59 for truck shipment.

Incoming coil shipments are taken from rail, truck, and barge based on origin.
